  Another new religion

  ok, i've come up with another new religion idea.

  everytime i do this someone says it's already been thought of and is called, neo-classical-buddhist, part hindu realist modern reincarnationism.

  anyway, my new idea is that you die and come back into your own universe... where everyone who is born resembles your character, ethics and morals within certain limits from your previous life.

  I've stopped my bible study but....

  the lady i studied with asked if it would be okay if she still brought the magazines by.

  i said of course because i do love the awake and watchtower.

  well, when she came by last week, she gave me the mags and then as we stood around chit-chatting, i realized we were basically still having the study, only we were standing up instead of sitting in the living room.

  Took me monthes to pluck up the courage to end my study, after 6 years. Like you, I felt I didnt want to hurt her feelings.

  I sent a text with my heart in my mouth..........

  She said Jehovah gives us free will blah blah blah and a few other stuff, then..................NOTHING HAPPENED!

  The sky didnt fall in, my heart didnt stop, smurfs didnt take over the world............................................ I cant describe the relief later that day....

  You have to sever the ties once and for all. She will soon forget about you.

  And you will go on.

  taco bell, as a cook "8" 5 mo.

  We do indeed wear many hats!

  Factory worker 6 (good laugh)

  Labourer and sandblaster 5 (dirty job, good pay)

  Barmaid at parents pub 8 (long hours but fun)

  Trainee nurse 8 (fab times)

  Qualified brain surgery nurse 6 (STRESS)

  Nurse teacher 5 (boring)

  Wife and Mother 10 (obviously)

  Florist 9 (dream job!)

  EVOLUTIONS' GREAT ISNT IT??!!

  i was an elder, had a true-believing jw wife and our unbaptized publisher children were beginning to feel pressure from other jws to take the plunge.. .

  amazing how much can happen in 5 trips around the sun.. .
